<aside> 💡 The Double Diamond is a design thinking framework that provides a structured approach to problem-solving and innovation. It's often used by teams to explore, define, develop, and deliver solutions that address complex challenges.

Four Phases of the Double Diamond:

  1. Discover: In this phase, teams explore the problem space, gather insights, and empathize with users to gain a deep understanding of the challenge.
  2. Define: After discovering insights, teams define the problem statement, identify opportunities, and clarify the project's scope. This phase involves framing the challenge to be addressed.
  3. Develop: During this phase, teams brainstorm, ideate, and prototype potential solutions. They focus on generating creative ideas and testing them through prototyping.
  4. Deliver: The final phase involves refining and implementing the chosen solution. Teams create a plan for execution and delivery, ensuring that the solution meets user needs and aligns with the project's objectives.
